Description: Development of operational concepts and preparation of tender documents for the 3 tunnels of Schiphol Airport under runway 09-27 and runway 06-24, in order to comply with the Dutch regulations.

Project Support, discussion with internal and external stakeholders, translation of requirements of stakeholders to product specifications and tender documents, tender evaluation, negotiations with contractors.
