Detailed asset decomposition of a runway system, preparation of a cost breakdown per runway, inventory of existing maintenance strategies, analysis of maintenance strategies in a cost-benefit model, initiating a benchmark containing maintenance strategies, preparing position papers and management reports, preparing detailed asset registers, implementing the approved strategy for the 6 runways.
